Sentry Crash Report:

Description Alexandre 2006-11-30 16:53:06 UTC
Version: 1.0.1 (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
Compiler: gcc (GCC) 4.1.2 20060928 (prerelease) (Ubuntu 4.1.1-13ubuntu5)
OS: Linux

I tried this on the server irc.efnet.ca, but I suppose any very busy server could reproduce it. When I try to load the channel list, after connecting to the server, by clicking on the button "Refresh List", only a few hundred channels with their users are loaded in the list, so it is incomplete. The main connection window, the one which displays the server welcome message and other info, gets filled with channels which were not added to the list.

I can confirm this with the current SVN version (737892).
Connect to irc.freenode.org and get the channel list (F5 key).
As of now the freenode channel claims to have about 16K channels, but only about 4k are shown in channel list.

Looks like all works as expected. Sorry, my fault.
