If a file you drag onto the attachments list for an event in Korganizer comes from a temporary location, it would be nice if rather than just adding a URI to that temporary file which will disappear, it would offer to copy it to a permanent location first. Alternatively if support for storing attached files within the event itself were added later it could store it there instead.

An example of where this would be useful would be dragging an attachment from an email in KMail. In this instance the URI is "file:///tmp/kde-paul/kmailZ7eulb.3/somefile.ext".
