When you click on the systray icon, the popup menu appears. When you click it again, it should hide the menu.

How could it be duplicate?

This report is for KGet and it is not fixed, the one you pointed is for Kwikdisk (quite another app) and it _is_ fixed.

Due to the move from the make_kget_cool branch back into kdenetwork, this issue has been resolved.
