If you enter regular entries, it would be nice to have sth. like e.g. "Repeat entry every 1st and 3rd Tuesday / month". Thanks, Uli

You already can, but not with one event though. It is already possible to create a recurrence to repeat every n'th weekday of the month. Just create two of them to occur them on the 1st and the 3rd.
