KHelpCenter What is KDE patch

The 'What is KDE' section is made out of date with the 95/NT portion, otherwise
for the most part the definition is still the same. I have attached a quick
patch that will remove the 95/NT part leaving just the
<trademark>Windows</trademark> instead.
