Description Tarlika Elisabeth Schmitz 2006-11-06 16:48:17 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.2)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

The web shortcuts are an excellent feature, which I use extensively. The drop-down is a very space efficient design!

I just have one wee gripe:

I added a whole lot of search engines and basically I have 2 of each:
amazon.de + amazon.co.uk, ebay.de + ebay.co.uk, google.de + google.co.uk, de.wikepedia + en.wikepedia. Likewise, google and google.groups have the same favicon.

As the favicon is the same for each pair, I never know which search engine was used last.

It would be great if a custom icon could be assigned.

This would be nice.
Actually, in KDE 4.7.4 under Debian, I do not see icons for any of the stock search engines, just a general HTML page icon.
