Description Frederik Himpe 2006-11-05 18:41:47 UTC
Version: 0.9.0 beta 3 (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from: Mandriva RPMs
Compiler: gcc 4.0.1
OS: Linux

I have a parent album which has several subalbums containing pictures. The parent album itself does not contain pictures itself (maybe that's not even possible, but that's not important). When I select the parent album in the list, no pictures are shown, which I find quite strange. It would be much more logicial to show all the pictures in the subfolders. or at least, show the subfolers on the right. Otherwise, there's no way to know that there really are pictures, except by clicking on the + to view the subfolders.

I regularly give training to users, and I'm often suprised that people don't have the reflex to click on the + icon, but just click on the item itself. So this is an important usability issue to fix.

I think this is a duplicate of #128231, with the only difference being that you only talk about empty parent albums. But if 128231 is fixed, yours should be as well, so I mark as duplicate.
