Version:           3.6 (using KDE 3.5.3-8.0.el3.kde, )
Compiler:          gcc version 3.2.3 20030502 (Red Hat Linux 3.2.3-53)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.4.21-47.0.1.EL

If I edit a note in rich format, I can't take this format to other applications. I've tried to copy'n paste the text to kmail, oofice, and thunderbird, but in all cases my formatting is lost.

  The rich text support is a bit wonky, I will check it out and with luck find a solution it.

Works properly in kde 4.1

Confirmed. This works in 4.1-beta2 (tested in current trunk)
