Description Maciej Pilichowski 2006-11-02 18:17:08 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

This would be a great aid for vision impaired people.

Color and (extra colored) frame width for active widgets.
Color background for inactive widgets (like edit-box).
Color background for active widgets (so I could set light blue for inactive, and white for active).

About widgets -- it would be great to see color not grouped just for "widget" but for distinct classes -- buttons, tabs, etc. I am especially interested in buttons and tabs.

Btw. color for default button (dialogs) would be also great.

My comment from bug 101661:

Qt has QApplication::palette(const char *classname), so KDE could offer per-widget class color configuration.

Hi,

kdelibs (version 4 and earlier) is no longer maintained since a few years.

KDE Frameworks 5 or 6 might already have implemented this wish.

If not, please re-open against the matching framework if feasible or against the application that shows the issue.

We then can still dispatch it to the right Bugzilla product or component.

Greetings
