I was not able to reproduce this with Kopete 0.12.5. I installed an emoticon set via get hot new stuff, and then removed it. The entry was removed from the emoticon list correctly. Please note that system-wide themes are not able to be uninstalled, which would explain why the 'Remove Theme' button for some emoticon sets are greyed out. Hi, thank you The problem is that the emoticon set is correctly removed from de emoticon list, but if you want to re-install it via get hot new stuff, it still apears marked like installed and it's not posible re-install it. Sorry... I forgot reopen the bug. oh, this problem...This bug was the reason that we had disabled get hot new stuff for awhile in Kopete. The applications have no way of updating the list of installed things from get hot new stuff. Hopefully this will be fixed for KDE 4. Reassigning to kdelibs. Hi Matt and all, does Kopete still have problems with get hot new stuff? If so, please let me know what the problem is. From the bug report, you sound like you know the issue. Installing/uninstalling should work just fine with knewstuff3, also you can ask for the changes after the dialog has been closed. Cheers, Frederik |
