Unfortunately, the backtrace is not useful for us to identify the problem. You could consider building the kdenetwork package from source and enable debug symbols (./configure --enable-debug=full). Or you can point us to the file which you are trying to download. Re-installing kdenetwork might help as well in some special cases. Does it happen each time when you try to download that file? yes it did, but i have forgotten where the file is now so i don't think that i can reproduce it for you. I ended up just DL with Konqueror.
