I don't understand, is this connecting from KDE to Windows or the other way around? Do other global shortcuts like Alt+Tab work when Alt+F3 doesn't? This is running a RDC session of Windows in my Kubuntu 6.06 system (via Remotedesktop-Client 0.23 (which is a Gnome application but the bug is about the KWM no-border option)). [ctrl][alt][del] and [alt][tab] both work for KDE when it has focus, and within Windows when that session has focus.
