Description Andras Georgy Bekes 2006-10-18 10:15:34 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)

Why isn't it possible?
Is it a consequence of the protocol that if a contact is added to one of the lists, it can only be moved to the other list, or just a missing functionality of the MSN plugin?
Comment 1 Andras Georgy Bekes 2006-11-16 13:10:59 UTC
Anyone giving some answer?
Comment 2 Nadine van der Heijden 2008-07-07 13:58:29 UTC
confirmed in KDE 3 & KDE 4 (0.50.1).
Comment 3 Andras Georgy Bekes 2008-11-14 10:13:49 UTC
Why is it so difficult to answer this question?

Please, answer to this yes/no question.

If the missing functionality is missing from the MSN protocol, please close the bug. If the functionality is missing from the MSN plugin only, please confirm the bug.

Why did nobody do this for more than 2 years???
Comment 4 Roman Jarosz 2008-11-14 10:48:36 UTC
Because nobody maintains MSN for more then 2 years :(
But the good news is that we have new MSN protocol implementation the feature isn't there but I'll add it. (will be in KDE 4.2)
Comment 5 Matt Rogers 2008-11-15 06:08:55 UTC
We've completely replaced the current MSN implementation with a new MSN implementation which If you continue to experience this bug after testing the new implementation (which can be gotten from our subversion repository or with the KDE 4.2 Beta 1 release), PLEASE, open a new bug rather than reopening this bug. Thank you for your time and efforting in helping us find and fix problems in Kopete.
