Compiler:          Target: i586-suse-linux

In my (German) version of kwrite, the menu entry "Werzeugleisten einrichten..." (adjust toolbars) appears twice in the menu "Einstellungen" (settings). 
Both entries lead to the same dialog

That is true and already known (see bug #124895). Thanks for the report anyway.
