"Comment=An user has accepted/declined your authorization request"
s/An/A/

Usage of "an" vs "a" depends on how the word is pronounced, not how it is spelt.
"user" doesn't start with a vowel sound.



Another mistake:

"An error occured while sending the file: %1"

"occurred" should be spelt with two 'r's.
