Description Konrad Urlichs 2006-10-03 15:07:39 UTC
Version: 1.9.4 (using KDE 3.5.4 "release 78.1" , openSUSE )
Compiler: Target: i586-suse-linux
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.13-15.12-default

KMail 1.9.4 KDE 3.5.4 "release 78.1"
When I choose a folder on my IMAP for sent messages, kmail ignores it.
Sent messages are always saved only on the local folder. The same is true for Drafts

To reproduce:
- create IMAP account with a folder named "sent-mail"
- go to settings > identities > edit > more options
- set "folder for sent messages" to the "sent-mail" folder on the IMAP account
- Send a message with this identity. It will be stored locally only.

Do you think this is the same as in bug #126687?

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
