I think this is a wish so i will mark it as such.

In the spectrum view of an element there is a minimum value and maximun value but there are no units. It may be obvious to someone who knows about elements but for someone just playing around w/ your cool app; s/he may have no idea. Also a label or color table to what the different colors represent would also be nice.

This is fixed in 4.9.
Units are shown and can be switched between nanometers and angstrom.
