That would be a superb functionality, when surfing with konqueror I would be able to easily add current page to my "TO DO" notes in knotes.
It would be nice if it is not just pure URL pasted into knotes, but a link (like <a href>) - a clickable description.

Marked as a duplicate, whis #84194 is about adding even hyperlink on notes.
