I've seen this bug appear since, well, forever.
Since it hasn't fixed itself magically thru the last couple of KDE upgrades, I thought I'd report it ;-).

1. Clear ALL your cookies.
2. Go to http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/partimage/partimage-0.6.4-static.tar.bz2
3. Click the "Download" button next to first site.
4. Quickly (before automatic download starts) click the download link at top.
5. Wait for the next (second!) "Save" dialog to pop up.
6. Click Cancel in both dialogs.
7. Konqueror crashes with SIGSEGV.

I would give you a backtrace, but it's just hex addresses (useless) for some reason.  Gah.  Guess Gentoo is to blame for that.
