Description Robert Small 2006-09-10 20:20:56 UTC
Version: 0.9.0-beta1-r1 (using KDE KDE 3.5.4)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

I think it'd be a good idea to use the 'duplicate images' checksums to check new photos in case you've already imported/downloaded them. It might be an idea to be able to set other filters as well, for example:
- Already downloaded (as mentioned before)
- Taken between xx/xx/xxxx and yy/yy/yyyy
- Resolution
- Size (MB not resolution)
- Various EXIF data, ie: camera, shutter speed, etc.

Also, just a bit of an idea, what about setting file date to the exif date? I know it's easy to do this via the command line but some people might like it to work automatically, especially if their camera has a bug.

Is this still valid?

This can be done already in the import images dialog.

This should already work, too.

What about the rest? Does it make sense to filter so many things when importing images?
