Right now, when a user performs a "Send now" after writing a post, the only thing that the user notices is that the message editing window dissapears. The sent message doesn't appear in the outbox folder and there isn't any network activity displayed in KNode's status bar. It seems that the post is misteriously sent and then a copy of that post appears in the "Sent" folder.

It would be nice if the "Send now" posting procedure at least imitated the "send later" + "send pending messages" procedure. For example, after posting throught the "send now" command, the message appeared in the outbox and the posting activity was displayed like the "send pending" procedure.
