I have a weekly meeting (actually two) with "No ending date" that I did "Disassociate This Occurance" on, and deleted. Around 31000 messages were created in my IMAP resource. The contents in all of them seemed to be :

If it matters, my format for groupware folders is set to Kolab (XML).

Reassigning all KOrganizer bug reports and wishes to the newly created 
korganizer-devel mailing list.

Reassigning the bug also changed the status from UNCONFIRMED to NEW. Undoing that manually :-(
