Any response from the developers to this feature? In the kde4 version? How would you like to see this implemented -- were you thinking of a command, or a search field above the nickname list, or something else entirely? I'm not a big fan of the latter as I'm not sure it would be used often enough to justify making the UI more complex/busy by adding it. A floating search box could appear when a user types a letter (aka search as you type) with nicklist widget having focus. |
