Hello Gunnar, you could try to add \ref to the label commands list and label to the ref commands list. I haven't tried this, but it looks promising. You reach this menu by selecting Configure Kile->Latex->General->Configure... Version: 1.9.1 (using KDE KDE 3.5.4) Installed from: SuSE RPMs OS: Linux I'd like to ask whether it is possible to have the same dropdown list that is displayed on creating a \ref{} or \pageref{} also when creating a \label{}. My rationale is as follows: mostly when I write I create the place to be referenced (i.e., the label) after the place that is referencing to it. Therefore it would be nice if I could create the reference first, save the file, and then go somewhere else and have a dropdown list that speeds up creation of the label.
