Version:           0.19 #3100 (using KDE 3.5.2, Gentoo)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.4.5 (Gentoo 3.4.5-r1, ssp-3.4.5-1.0, pie-8.7.9)

The scrollback buffer can't be set bigger than 1000 lines. I usually prefer set mine to 2000 lines in order to ensure that I won't miss part of the backlog buffer dump from my IRC bouncer.

The scrollback buffer can be set to unlimited by setting it to '0', as the "What's this?" tooltip explains.

Yes, but I don't want an unlimited scrollback buffer. I just want a very large one.
