Version:           3.5.4 (using KDE 3.5.4, Gentoo)
Compiler:          Target: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.17-gentoo

1. go to http://phptr.com/content/images/0131240722/downloads/blanchette_book.pdf
2. Location -> Save as...    and save the file
3. It is downloaded again and not copied from the tmp directory. Even worse: While downloading konqueror is not usable!
