Confirming the annoyance on gentoo using KDE 3.5.5 As a workaround, for now please use the following: * shortcut [alt]+[f2] * run "kaddprinterwizard --kdeconfig" * on "General" page, enable "Specify personal test page" * enter path to CUPS' test page (usually "/usr/share/cups/data/testprint.ps") Dunno if this can be fixed in KDE 3.5.x lifetime. (Too late for the upcoming 3.5.6 release). KDEPrint is obsolete, unmaintained and will never be revived. Closing all open bugs. |
