When you start kmail and it connects to a server on startup (imap here) it wants to open the wallet and thus kwallet asks for the password. Unfortunately that window never gets focus when focus prevention is on.
If kmail needs a password while its mainwindow is visible everything works fine, i.e. kwallet dialog gets focus as desired.

to reproduce:
--------------
preparations:
- exit kmail with an imap folder selected (i.e. imap folder-tree is open)
- no other app keeps kwallet open (obvious, otherwise no password question will occur)

actions:
2. start kmail
3. kwallet dialog opens without focus
4. type in password
5. kmail window opens with focus
