Installed from: Gentoo Packages

I have an MSN account to be able to chat with people who happen to only have MSN IM, and have no wish to use it for email. However, when you have an MSN account, you'll periodically get emails (from MS and elsewhere). After a while your email account will be marked inactive and you'll get no new emails, but you'll be stuck getting alerts for the ones already there. Going to clear them out will reactivate the account, and you'll get a few emails again before it goes inactive again, repeating the cycle.

Basically, an option to make Kopete ignore your MSN email so it doesn't alert you to new messages you don't care about every time you log in to an MSN account, would be really nice.

You can already do this via the "Configure Notifications" dialog.
