2 possibilities: * Did you print as root, while you started kjobviewer as normal user? Or vice versa? * Did you use an external print server? Or is CUPS installed on your system locally, including the definition of the printqueue you were using? Just asking... Closing due to lack of feedback, KDEPrint being unmaintained, and known previous issues with KDEPrint defaulting to using user anonymous instead of actual user ID. If still an issue for users suggest they try entering their own user id in the authentication dialog. |
