Duplicate of Bug #78563 I'd say. I can confirm this bug on OpenSuse, KDE 4.11.4 and in Debian Sid up to date as of today, KDE 4.11.3. I was trying to assign Ctrl+Alt+Numpad1 to the "Quick tile window to bottom left" function of Kwin. Note that instead of working with Numpad1, the shortcut works with normal number 1 key. With num lock off, setting the shortcut triggers the end key. Again, the shortcut works fine with the end key on top of the arrow keys on a normal large keyboard, yet fails on the numpad. To Ben Boeckel, I don't think this is a duplicate of Bug #78563. This prevents making a quick tile setup like in Unity. That would be nice to have. *** This bug has been confirmed by popular vote. *** Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years so I am closing this bug. Kcontrol has been replaced by System Settings in Plasma. Please give the latest version of that a try, and open a new bug in "systemsettings" if you continue to have an issue. Thank you! |
