I often have appointments that have enabled recurrence. If I have already added another appointment which is conflicting with this new repeated one, I would like to solve this. 
Eg. there is an event in 2 weeks and I add an event for today with weekly recurrence. In two weeks there are 2 events at the same time now. 

It would be nice to have a filter to show only conflicting events or a find dialog which offers an option "Find conflicting events"
