I think kcmaccess doc is completely outdated since it refers to options I cannot find anymore in the gui or it doesn't mention tabs that are actually there. Maybe someone should update it considering it is a very sensible module.

It is really different with KDE 4, that is for sure. I will work on getting this fixed. Thanks, and sorry it took so long.

A lo9t of time has passed since this was originally reported, and https://docs.kde.org/trunk5/en/kde-workspace/kcontrol/kcmaccess/index.html looks up to date at the moment.
