When I get a Mail with a disposition notification request, the dialog window opens _behind_ the kmail window, blocking the kmail window. 

Furthermore, after getting the dialog window to the front (e.g. via the taskbar) and clicking e.g. on ignore, most times the mouse pointer seems somehow locked (the cursor is turned into, uhm, what I call a "forbidden" symbol, a circle with a diagonal line), and only if I click somehere with the right mouse button it gets released.

It works good for me in kde 4.3.0 (with non blocking dialogs) and the mouse pointer is not changed.
Please, feel free to close this bug if it works for you with a recent KDE.
