There is a wrong gui description in the docs for kformula.

index.docbook:220 <guimenu>File</guimenu> <guimenuitem>Open Recent</guimenuitem>

should be:
<guimenu>File</guimenu> <guisubmenu>Open Recent</guisubmenu>

Fixed in a local copy, will commit together with the patch for bug 134844.
