Description Jens 2006-06-26 23:47:12 UTC
Version: 0.9.0-svn (using KDE 3.5.3 Level "a" , unofficial build of SUSE )
Compiler: Target: i586-suse-linux
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.13-15.10-default

Hi,

the "Batch process" context menu that is available when right-clicking on an album should also be available when right-clicking on a set of selected images (for consistency).

Also, some of the KIPI tools also modify a batch of images (eg. time/date adjust). Can't they be put together? From a user's point of view there is no difference between KIPI and Digikam plugins.

Thanks,
Jens

Batch process is not available at all in my version, either by right clicking an album or by selecting images. 0.8.2 KDE 3.5.5 Kubuntu 6.10

It is available from main menu. Adding another item to already crowded context menu isn't good idea.

functionality can be reached from main menu. item was removed to unbloat context menu - rightly so.

Implemented since a while with digiKam batch Queue Manager (not Kipi tools)
