I have never had such a case... Such a future is only bad for usability, IMHO. What is bad here? Konqueror has "refresh" which means "download this page AGAIN" -- what is wrong with that idea? KGet should also have such function "download it _again_". Just of curiosity -- please explain this bad usability... Because I don't believe that it is better to manual copy address, deleting entry and pasting address again. Would you like a new button "Download again" or just do it after a click on the start button? I'm not sure if I have understood you right. > Would you like a new button "Download again" or just do it after a click on

Hmm, this is secondary problem I think.
However, if you ask -- hmm start/start again is ok. I think it would be the best to mimic existing solution (Konqueror).
However, my primary concern is existence of such feature -- downloading file again.
Okay. I thought you would only like a new button / action for restarting a download. Now I understand you problem. Sorry. We have a "Redownload Transfer"-feature now in KGet 2.1 for KDE 4.1.. Lukas |
