since I updated within KDE 3.5, I get a message "unable to start the cookie handler service" as soon as I click onto "Configure Konqueror->Cookies". Since the same time, cookie-demanding web pages like bugs.kde.org no longer work and my nxclient complains about cookie problems.
It is important to know that I use kwallet set as per default: I do not use kwallet.

This bug is not a duplicate, it ceases to work EVERYTIME and I definitely stated that I use the default configuration regarding kwallet - it is switched off.

bug is resolved by upgrading kdebase to 559809
