current song in the playlist is in italics. it's tooltips are in italics, too - so in some cases the tooltip text does not fit in the tooltip area.

couldn't be reproduced, reopen if it's still a problem with 1.4.4

revision 602464, tooltip for currently playing track tends to be slightly larger than required, but that's better than being cut off :)
