Version:           1.4.0 (using KDE KDE 3.5.3)
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
Compiler:          gcc-4.1.1 
OS:                Linux

When looking at the playlist after loading this ogg, I noticed the time is inaccurate, by a large factor. Should be about 45min and it only shows it being 4~ minutes. The time is accurate in ogg123 and MPD. Now some words from #amarok by Flameeyes:

13:19 < Flameeyes> avuton, open a bug on amarok for now, i'm not sure how they treat it, checking with taglib, the file seems to simply be not open
13:19 < Flameeyes> not sure how amarok handles that condition
13:19 < Flameeyes> in case it might be moved to taglib if it's its fault
