Version:           1.2.2 (using KDE KDE 3.5.3)
Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS:                Linux

In one feed the updated entries are not marked if this feed was selected on update time.
After selecting another feed and then switching back to the affected one, the entries are marked.

Hmm, something goes wrong with the update mechanism. However, the status isn't reset to new anymore in 1.2.3 when the article was modified, see
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=101907 

The update should work nevertheless though, and if it's only for updating possibly changed title headers.

As I told you, I observed this the last days to close this one... unfortunately I just saw it happening again with the http://www.heise.de/newsticker/heise-atom.xml feed. I have never before noticed problems with it though...
Version is 1.3.50 built from trunk, just to keep this updated.

Oh, and it is likely related to changed title ... the text of the item was changed in this case as well.
