I'm a German translator and I found out that the FAQ has at least two files that are not up to date.
File one is faq_notrelated. Here is one broken link in message 27. Haven't got a clue where the file is now, however, I do not think that this tip is needed nowadays.
The second file is faq_getkde. Message 8 states that KDE 3.4.1 is the latest version :-)
BTW, I'm working with po files only so I don't know which messages appear in the faq.

This documentation is no longer included with KDE.
