I can reproduce this crash the following way:

1) start kmail
2) -> help -> "introduction to kmail"
3) -> double-klick on a message that´s in the Inbox

I can't reproduce this bug. Can you reproduce it every time? Does it depend on the folder that was selected before choosing Help->KMail Intro? Does it depend on the message you select in the inbox?

I can reproduce it everytime. I have selected another message from the inbox folder and it crash, but in general no matter the message you select, it crashes always.

Regarding the folder, again it crashes. I have chosen before selecting "Kmail intro" the "Draft" folder and the "Sent" folder.

I would like to make note that I run kmail with a view that consists of: upper horizontal half: left side folder view, right side message headers; lower horizontal half just message body.

Also happens when kmail is within kontact.

Please let me know if I can help any other way.

I think this bug has been fixed already for KDE 3.5.5, as a side-effect of fixing another bug.

But there is still a buglet remaining... because after I click the introduction page I can not open the Inbox folder by clicking it open.
I can click any other folder open, just not the Inbox.

So, I'm going to mark this as fixed.  But then I'll open a new bug report for "Can't open Inbox after Intro" bug.
