The backtrace is not suitable. Please compile and install digiKam usin ./configure --enable-debug=full option I suspect a crash into libgphoto2... Hello, I didn't know that someone is still working on this bug. Unfortunately I no longer use Linux in any way. But I will install Kubuntu in a virtual machine and try the program in this way. However, if this is too much of a hassle for you, we could just close this bug - it seems that not many others had this problem (no further votes).
