when dragging a mail from the mail list of a folder, and try to drop it into another folder, the mouse arrow is always the "forbidden" icon. releasing the forbidden icon over the destination folder shows the expected context menu where to decide whether to move or copy the files.

the forbidden icon shall only show up when it is really forbidden to drop the mail on the place below the mouse arrow.

works for me in KDE 4.3
