It would be nice to be able to encrypt existing mails in POP/IMAP or local folders
to store it savely in mailboxes.
By now the only way to do this is to send every messages to myself to encrypt it.

Yes. This would be a great feature. I have a folder where I store all my site subscribtions confirmations (forums, ....). I would like to encrypt these messages.
