Description camico 2006-05-21 19:58:19 UTC
Version: 1.4-SVN (using KDE KDE 3.5.2)

When using "Organize Files" on a folder, only the contained audio files are moved to the new location. This results in having to manually move the possibly remaining files afterwards. Which can be quite a hassle, for example if you just want to move 50 album directories from one partition to another.
Ok, there are situations where audio files from one directory will be put in different directories. In this case, it is probably not intended to move any of the other files away. But this case should be auto-detectable.. or well, an option like "Also move non-audio files" would be fine too ;)
oh, this would kill BR 124068 as well :)

Support! I think it is safer to implement "Also move non-audio files", even if there is autodetection (program may be wrong).
Regards!

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug for Amarok. Amarok 1.4 is now unmaintained and will no longer see any improvements. Because of this, and the massive amount of changes Amarok has undergone throughout the 2.x series of releases, we are closing bugs that no longer apply to the 2.x series due to changes in functionality, the underlying architecture, or a conflict for the vision of Amarok 2.

We appreciate the time you took to provide feedback about Amarok 1.4 and will look forward to any feedback you may provided about Amarok 2. Thanks.
