this file shows 5 blank pages, where gv sees correctly 4, with things in them:
ftp://ftp.tnt.uni-hannover.de/pub/edu/Bildverarb/postscript/BVKap1_www.ps.bz2

attaching the file to avoid its disappearance from ftp server

Hi!

I found another file that would not render in Kghostview but would in gv

The file is generated by Adobe Reader 7.0.1. I will attach the original pdf to.

I can successfully open the three files in Okular.
