Version: 1.1.2 (using KDE 3.4.2 Level "b" , SUSE 10.0)

Hi,

in googlemail the emails are stored in "conversations". When I replay to an email, my own email is stored in the same folder as the original email. This makes it very easy to follow a conversation backwards: what was replied to each email.

Maybe it is possible, to have an option (!) like that in kontact/kmail too. Each email should get an unique number, in order to achieve this. A file must store this numbers and bring them into the wished order. In the drop-down menue for the second mouse-button there could be an field "conversation".

Greetings.
  xxxsemoi

PS: I don't know much about programming, so my proposed solution might be very bad.
