can you explain the _exact_ steps to reproduce? - Album->Export->Export->Export to Flickr - click yes on the write permission question - check "Resize photo before uploading" - set the "Maximum dimension" for example to 1024 - click on "Add Photos" an select a photo biger than 1024 After the opload go to the flickr site http://www.flickr.com/photos/jnandreae/148081147/ is upload with resize bevor upload. On right site under "Additional Information" you did not see any exif information. the date ist set by hand. http://www.flickr.com/photos/jnandreae/148093156/ is upload with out resize. under "Additional Information" you the the picture is with a CASIO QV-4000. This is want mean that flicker plugin don't use the same code from other plugin to preserve metadata from JPEG files. It's can be easy to fix for the next release Gilles Caulier This bug is already fixed much earlier. Gilles, I get a doubt by seeing the bugs that is it possible that the kipi version 0.1.2 released recently contains very old codebase for the SVN flickrexport ? I have earlier resolved the bug 115550, which reported the same problem https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=115550 in around Novemeber, 2005. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 115550 *** Not reproducible with 6.0.0 |
